The design centers on a primary sightline from the interior, with a Retama San José tree positioned at the end of the backyard to capture the view and establish a focal point.

Curved garden beds flow throughout the property, creating a natural, organic movement between spaces. A citrus garden adds seasonal color and fragrance, while a vine installation along the balcony introduces vertical greenery and softens the architectural edges.
